Join a world-class engineering team, providing high-quality technical support, system integration, and testing for cutting-edge electric solutions . This role involves extensive international travel (India & USA every 1-3 months) and requires hands-on electronic work , including soldering, wiring, and PCB adjustments .
Key Responsibilities:
- Onsite Customer Support – Troubleshoot and resolve issues with motors and drive systems
- System Integration & Testing – Conduct lab and field testing for development and customer validation
- Pre & Post-Production Support – Assist customers with system setup, testing, and production
- Collaboration – Work closely with engineering teams to improve processes and solution
- Customer Engagement – Build strong relationships and provide high-quality support
- Travel Flexibility – Must be willing to travel globally every 1-3 months
Requirements:
