An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Integration Engineer to join an innovative engineering team developing next-generation microturbine propulsion systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of systems engineering, integration, testing, and customer-facing technical delivery within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Responsibilities
- Leading integration, commissioning, and test activities across internal and customer sites
- Owning technical integration documentation including ICDs, installation manuals, commissioning procedures, and operational documentation
- Supporting customer integration activities from interface definition through to installation and operation
- Coordinating on-site test campaigns, readiness reviews, execution, and reporting
- Working closely with design, manufacturing, and testing teams to ensure integration requirements are embedded across the product lifecycle
- Driving continuous improvement through lessons learned and operational feedback
Qualifications
- Experience integrating complex hardware systems within aerospace, propulsion, defence, automotive, or other high-performance engineering sectors
- Strong technical documentation and configuration control experience
- Experience leading commissioning, integration, or test campaigns
- Excellent stakeholder and customer-facing communication skills
- A hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset
