Wiring / Build Technician
circa 6 weeks + contract
Our Engineering Technology Client based in Godalming is seeking a new Electrical Wiring Technician on a short term 6 week contract to support the build of Logger Boxes. VPUs and PSUs.
This opportunity could suit either a recent electrical/electronic Graduate or an experienced Wiring/Build Technician looking for a short-term contract.
Here is extra information:
- Building logger boxes, VPUs and PSUs to process
- Install and set up software
- Test and Validate software and build of equipment
- Document build logs
- Work with the PP and DI teams
- Pick items and package ready for shipping
Skills:
- Proficient with wiring
- Experience of building computers or electronic devices
- Experience of basic mechanical sub assembly
- Competent with computers and software, advantage if experienced with Linux
- Able to work to and develop processes and instructions
- Eye for detail
