Join a highly respected Legal 500 firm as an Trainee IT Support specialist where your skills will keep the team connected and running smoothly.We’re looking for a proactive and driven IT Support trainee to join our office-based team in Blandford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a geniune interest in IT Support who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and delivering excellent internal service across a dynamic business.As an IT Support team member, you will provide day-to-day technical support across the firm, assisting colleagues with hardware, software, and system-related queries. The ability to drive is essential due to occasional travel between office locations.  This role would suit a school/college leaver who is looking to kick start their career within a professional services enviroment. What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Providing first-line IT Support to all staff across the firm
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Assisting with system setups, equipment installations, and user on boarding
  • Liaising with external IT providers when required
  • Offering hands-on technical support to ensure smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous IT Support experience (bonus)
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • A-Levels or equivalent qualifications
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, approachable, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Key Details:

  • Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 (depending on experience)
  • Location: Blandford – Office-based (full-time)
  • Travel: Ability to drive is essential due to occasional travel to other offices
