Our Client, a specialist Family firm, is seeking a qualified family law solicitor with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience to join their dynamic team in City of London. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and dedicated family law professional to advance their career in a supportive and progressive environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Handling a varied and busy caseload of HNW family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, cohabitation disputes and prenuptial agreements.
- Advising clients on complex legal issues with a focus on tailored, client-centric solutions.
- Providing supervision and guidance to junior team members where appropriate.
- Engaging in business development activities, including networking, building relationships with clients and referrers and contributing to the firm’s growth.
- Demonstrating excellent organisation and document management skills to ensure efficiency and accuracy in case handling.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of family law developments and applying this expertise to client matters.
Key skills and experience:
- A qualified solicitor with 4-6 years PQE in family law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Experience of running and assisting with High Net Worth/Ultra High Net Worth/International clients.
- Strong technical knowledge of family law, including financial settlements and child arrangements.
