This role would suit a proactive and commercially minded Litigation Solicitor looking to handle a varied caseload of both personal and business disputes within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful Litigation Solicitor will enjoy high levels of client contact, autonomy, and the opportunity to further develop their practice within a thriving team.
The Litigation Solicitor will manage a broad range of contentious matters, including:
- Property disputes
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Commercial disputes
- Contractual disputes
- General civil litigation matters
Advising clients on dispute resolution strategies, managing matters from instruction through to resolution, and building and maintaining strong client relationships are key responsibilities.
