We are seeking an experienced Reward and Compensation Consultantto join a market leading insurance company on a contract basis and lead a key transformation project focused on employee benefits across multiple business units.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex migrations, ensuring smooth implementation and consistency across the organisation. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders, vendors, HR and technology teams to design, plan and execute the harmonisation strategy.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Head of Reward or Senior Reward Leader within complex, multi-entity organisations now looking for a consultancy role
- Expertise in benefits and reward frameworks.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills.
- Ability to work at both a strategic and hands-on delivery level.
- Available for contract engagements with immediate or short notice.
