GerrardWhite is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Partner to join our Group HR team on a 6 months fixed-term contract. You’ll provide expert advice on complex ER matters, manage your own caseload, and ensure fair, consistent outcomes for colleagues and the business.

You’ll work closely with Line Managers and HR colleagues to support coaching, governance, and continuous improvement while staying up-to-date with UK employment law and best practice.
