My client is currently recruiting for a Governance Coordinator to join their business, supporting senior leadership and playing a key role in ensuring effective governance across executive-level forums, steering committees, and decision-making bodies. The Role

As Governance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of governance forums across the organisation. You will take ownership of meeting coordination, documentation, and action tracking, ensuring that key decisions are clearly recorded, communicated, and followed through. You will operate at executive level, acting as a trusted support to senior leaders while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support executive-level governance forums including steering committees and leadership meetings
  • Prepare agendas, collate papers, and ensure all materials are distributed in a timely manner
  • Accurately capture minutes, decisions, and actions from meetings
  • Track and follow up on actions, ensuring accountability and visibility across stakeholders
