You’ll be working in a refined, quiet environment where attention to detail and technical excellence are paramount. Whether restoring a vintage classic or preparing a modern complication for a discerning client, your work will reflect the highest standards in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, repair and maintain a variety of luxury watches — including vintage models and modern mechanical timepieces
- Collaborate with sales and admin teams to ensure seamless client communication and accurate repair timelines
- Accurately assess required work and associated costs, supporting clients with transparent advice
- Mentor and support a junior watchmaker, helping build technical skills and consistency
- Record and update all repair details in the system with clarity and precision
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience servicing fine Swiss timepieces (e.g. Rolex, Cartier, Omega, Vacheron Constantin, Audemars Piguet)
- A methodical, focused and calm approach to your craft
- Strong communication skills, able to speak with clients when needed
- Experience working toward brand accreditation is highly desirable
- A collaborative mindset and genuine love for horology
