A growing and award-winning legal practice is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ–4 PQE) to join its specialist team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with experience in Personal Injury and Personal Negligence matters who is keen to work on high-quality cases while benefiting from genuine career progression.

You’ll have the opportunity to manage a varied caseload across Personal Injury and Personal Negligence claims, while also gaining exposure to more complex and life-changing injury cases. Working alongside experienced lawyers, you’ll be supported in developing your expertise within both Personal Injury and Personal Negligence litigation.

The firm has built a strong reputation across Sussex and the South East and continues to invest heavily in the growth of its Personal Injury and Personal Negligence offering. As part of a collaborative and ambitious team, you’ll be encouraged to take ownership of your work and develop long-term client relationships.

What we’re looking for:

  • NQ to 4 years' PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • Previous experience handling Personal Injury matters
  • Exposure to Personal Negligence claims would be advantageous
  • Strong client care and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively
  • South East based and comfortable with occasional client visits
