This is an excellent opportunity to join a young, energetic firm where you will take on real responsibility from day one—managing cases, advising clients, and contributing directly to the firm\’s continued growth.What You\’ll Do: Draft legal correspondence including advice letters, Letter Before Actions, and offer letters Work with client ledgers and understand financial documentation Prepare and manage court documents (Claim Forms, Defences, N244s, Part 18 requests) Engage in legal research and report findings to supervisors Manage disclosure processes, prepare witness statements and direction questionnaires Attend court where necessary What We\’re Looking For: Qualified Solicitor Minimum of 1 year’s experience in Litigation Minimum 2:2 degree and BBB at A-level (or equivalent) Exceptional drafting, analytical, and legal research skills In-depth understanding of the…
