This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the UK’s leading Motor Fleet Insurance Brokers, who are going through an exciting period of growth. We are looking to hire a Customer Sales Agent to join their vibrant team. This role is full-time office based out of the desirable location Ocean Village in Southampton.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Will have experience of working on the phones in an office environment, managing incoming and outgoing calls as well as emails.
  • All training will be provided but a friendly approach, enthusiasm and excellent customer service are essential.
  • There is room for professional development, if desired, which will see you grow from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive outbound calls to enhance client relationships.
  • Keep accurate records of client accounts and sales progress.
  • Build strong, collaborative partnerships with clients and internal teams.
  • Provide innovative solutions to meet customer needs within compliance standards.
  • Stay ahead of market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Great phone manner and customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Have a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.

  • Fantastic starting salary of £24,000- £30,000 (Experience dependent).
  • Uncapped commission bonus scheme - can earn up to £10,000+ in bonus.
  • Monday-Friday only 8:30-5 Monday to Friday. No weekends or bank holidays!
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 25 with every year of service.
