What’s the Role About?

You’ll be part of the dynamic motor insurance team, helping customers choose the right cover and giving them a great experience from start to finish. You’ll be trusted to bring your expertise, contribute ideas and grow with us as we continue expanding.

What You’ll Get:

  • Salary: Starting at £26,000 - £28,000 plus an increase after 12 months

  • Location: Rainham, Essex (with great transport links and free parking)

What We’re Looking For:

  • MUST have minimum 1-year recent solid experience in insurance (call centre, broker or customer service background) other insurance considered (not just motor).
  • Strong communication and rapport building skills
  • A positive team first attitude and hunger to succeed
  • Confidence in guiding customers and solving problems with care
  • A commitment to doing things the right way, fair, transparent and honest
