The Role:

  • You will advise a broad range of clients—both employers and employees—on all aspects of employment law, including:
  • Employment tribunals and litigation
  • Mediation and dispute resolution
  • Employment contracts, policies and procedures
  • TUPE and redundancy
  • Settlement Agreements
  • Your work will include interviewing clients, preparing legal documentation, keeping accurate and compliant case files, and providing prompt, practical legal advice.
  • You’ll also play an active role in supporting business development and the growth of the department.

    • A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in Employment Law
    • Personable, professional, and commercially astute
