Our client a leading global law firm are looking for an Employment Associate to join their top-tier London team.
What you\’ll do:
- Lead on complex employment tribunal litigation, with advocacy opportunities.
- Advise HR leaders, GCs, and boards on strategic employee relations.
- Draft and negotiate high-value contracts, policies and exits.
- Represent high net-worth individuals and handle team moves.
- Coordinate cross-border projects for global clients.
- Handle High Court disputes on restrictive covenants and business protection.
- Provide sole employment support on major corporate transactions.
What we’re looking for:
- UK-qualified solicitor, 3 to 5 + years PQE with strong experience in contentious and non-contentious employment work gained in another leading City firm.
- Excellent technical skills with a commercial mindset.
