What you'll be doing: As a Commercial Property Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:

• Running your own diverse caseload of commercial property transactions
• Assisting senior lawyers with more complex and high-value matters
• Playing an active role in business development and client relationship management
• Working closely with clients across sectors including retail, development, healthcare, and more

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Solicitor, ideally with 2+ PQE, but candidates slightly below this will also be considered
• Prior experience in commercial property, ideally with Paralegal exposure pre-training contract and at least one seat in Property or Real Estate
• A commercially astute, client-focused approach
• Strong communication, numeracy, and IT skills
• A team player who’s proactive, motivated, and eager to grow
