An opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified to 5 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join a busy Commercial Property team based across two of their East Sussex offices, with flexible homeworking available. This role would suit a proactive and highly organised Commercial Property Solicitor seeking a varied caseload, strong client exposure, and the opportunity to develop within a supportive and established environment.

Role overview – Commercial Property Solicitor

The Commercial Property Solicitor will advise both landlords and tenants across a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

  • Commercial property sales and purchases
  • Lease renewals
  • Grants of new leases, acting for either landlord or tenant
  • Serving and advising on formal notices
  • Landlord and Tenant Act matters, including associated advice, sales and purchases
  • Lease extensions

The Commercial Property Solicitor will manage a varied caseload independently, ensuring high standards of client service and efficient handling of transactions from instruction through to completion.

Candidate requirements

The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will be NQ–5 PQE with experience in commercial property law and exposure to a broad range of transactional work. Key requirements for the Commercial Property Solicitor include:
