Commercial & Dispute Resolution Lawyer
12-Month FTC – Potential to Go Permanent – Mostly Remote
We are partnering with an innovative and well-established organisation in the media monitoring sector to find a Commercial & Dispute Resolution Lawyer for a 12-month fixed-term contract , with strong potential for a permanent role.
This position has become available due to an upcoming maternity leave and offers a unique opportunity to step into a critical legal function at a pivotal moment. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to manage an increasing volume of contract breaches while also shaping internal legal processes.
The Role You’ll take ownership of both commercial and dispute resolution matters, including:

  • Drafting and issuing breach letters
  • Managing and reviewing contracts
  • Designing and implementing legal processes for evidence gathering and documentation
  • Advising internal teams and handling stakeholder communications with gravitas and clarity

Ideal Candidate We\’re seeking someone who:

  • Has experience in both commercial law and dispute resolution/litigation
  • 2+ PQE (ideally) although candidates who believe they have the right level of experience will be considered
  • Can work autonomously and proactively in a mostly remote role
  • Brings credibility and confidence when dealing with senior stakeholders
  • May have experience as a Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) or similar, with a litigation background
