A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Assistant to join its busy Dispute Resolution team, supporting a specialist Lease Extension and Freehold Enfranchisement practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable legal support professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while being part of a genuinely friendly, supportive, and collaborative firm.
Responsibilities:
- Digital audio typing and document production
- Managing diaries, meetings, and deadlines
- File opening, maintenance, and AML compliance
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries
- Scanning, post handling, and general administration
- Client onboarding and risk assessments
- Using the Land Registry portal for searches and applications
- Assisting with completions and arranging payments
- Supporting billing and invoicing processes
About You / Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a law firm, particularly in a legal assistant or secretarial role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- The ability to manage a busy workload efficiently
- Confidence using MS Word, Excel, and legal case management systems
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients
