We’re looking for an experienced Motor Insurance Customer Care Agent to join a growing, technology-led insurance business based in Rainham. This is not a generic customer service role. You’ll need a solid understanding of motor insurance and recent experience working with customers within a motor insurer, broker, call centre or similar insurance environment.

About the Role

You’ll be joining a busy motor insurance team, supporting customers throughout their insurance journey and making sure they receive a professional, straightforward and positive experience.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer enquiries relating to motor insurance policies
  • Speaking with customers by phone and providing clear, accurate information
  • Helping customers understand their cover and policy requirements
  • Making amendments and updates to customer policies
