Solicitor Corporate Tax | Guildford, Surrey
A leading UK law firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Associate/Solicitor (2–5 PQE) to join its highly regarded corporate tax team in Guildford.
The team advises UK and international businesses on a broad range of corporate tax matters, including M&A, reorganisations, venture capital, share incentives, VAT, international tax and tax disputes.
The role:
- Advise clients on a variety of corporate tax matters
- Support M&A transactions, including tax warranties and deeds
- Assist with SEIS/EIS applications and share incentive schemes
- Undertake document reviews, case management and client communications
- Contribute to business development and the wider growth of the team
About you:
- 2–5 years' PQE in corporate tax
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable in a client-facing environment
Location: Guildford, Surrey
Working: Hybrid, with up to 50% remote working
