Family Solicitor (2-5 years PQE) Our client, a well-established, multi-office firm of solicitors across West Kent and East Sussex, is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their expanding family team. About the Role As Family Solicitor, you'll handle a broad and varied caseload with a particular focus on financial remedy matters on divorce, including mid to high-net-worth cases. You'll also advise on pre-nuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes involving jointly owned property, and private children matters concerning care arrangements.
