Our top-tier London law firm is looking for an Associate to join its busy Commercial Real Estate team.
You’ll work closely with senior partners on high-profile transactions and key client relationships, with real opportunities to lead and grow within the practice.
What you’ll do: Lead on complex transactions for a portfolio of high-profile clients, including major asset managers and historic Central London estates.
Handle a full spectrum of work: asset management, acquisitions, sales, financing, and agreement for lease transactions across retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use sectors.
Coordinate multi-departmental teams (construction, planning, litigation) and mentor junior colleagues.
Play an active role in business development and long-term client relationship building.
What we’re looking for: 3–4 PQE in commercial real estate (5–6 PQE considered).
Strong track record in asset management and complex lease or transactional work.
Commercial awareness, excellent client skills, and the ability to take the lead on transactions.
