A well-established and growing law firm in West Sussex is seeking a confident and motivated Residential Property Solicitor to join its expanding property department. This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE to join a supportive, friendly and forward-thinking team that values both professional excellence and genuine job satisfaction.

This role is open to a Residential Property Solicitor who is confident working independently while also enjoying being part of a close-knit team. The firm is flexible and open to hybrid working, including remote arrangements; however, occasional office attendance in West Sussex will be required to maintain strong team integration and client service standards.
The Role
As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. You will handle a broad range of transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- New build and shared ownership transactions
- Lease extensions and related property matters
- Liaising directly with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
- Managing files efficiently and in line with compliance requirements
You will work within a supportive team environment where collaboration and knowledge sharing are actively encouraged, ensuring you continue to develop as a Residential Property Solicitor.
About You
The ideal Residential Property Solicitor will:
- Have a minimum of 2 years PQE (or equivalent conveyancing experience)
- Be confident managing a full residential property caseload independently
- Demonstrate strong client care and communication skills
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
