A prestigious specialist Litigation Solicitors firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal who will receive training over time. Join a forward-thinking organisation with a diverse workforce, focusing on high-quality litigation cases including (but not limited to):
- Property Litigation
- Commercial Litigation
- Construction Disputes
- Employment
- Debt Recovery
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will initially support Senior Solicitors and Partners with this caseload, before being trained to handle your own files under supervision. You will receive market-leading training and input to help you reach your full potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
- File opening and closing
- Providing quotes to prospective clients
- Carrying out client checks (e.g., AML, ID)
- Attending client meetings
- Scanning, filing, and preparing bundles
- Drafting work
- Conducting legal research and due diligence
- Being the first point of contact for client inquiries
The ideal candidate will have:
- Recent graduation with strong academics (at least 2:1, ideally 1st Class; A-Levels at A/A*)
- Ideally started SQE
- A genuine interest in Commercial Litigation/Dispute Resolution
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid IT skills, as the firm embraces technology
