The Role
- Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
- New build and shared ownership transactions.
- Lease extensions and related property matters.
- Liaising directly with clients, agents, lenders and third parties.
- Managing files efficiently and in line with compliance requirements.
You will work within a supportive team environment where collaboration and knowledge sharing are actively encouraged, ensuring you continue to develop as a Residential Property Solicitor.
About You
- Have a minimum of 2 years PQE (or equivalent conveyancing experience).
- Be confident managing a full residential property caseload independently.
