The Role
As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- New build and shared ownership transactions
- Lease extensions and related property matters
- Liaising directly with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
- Managing files efficiently and in line with compliance requirements
