Are you an ambitious commercial real estate lawyer ready to take the next step? Our top-tier London law firm is looking for an Associate to join its busy Commercial Real Estate team. You will work closely with senior partners on high-profile transactions and key client relationships, with real opportunities to lead and grow within the practice.
What you will do:
- Lead on complex transactions for a portfolio of high-profile clients, including major asset managers and historic Central London estates.
- Handle a full spectrum of work: asset management, acquisitions, sales, financing, and agreement for lease transactions across retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use sectors.
- Coordinate multi-departmental teams (construction, planning, litigation) and mentor junior colleagues.
- Play an active role in business development and long-term client relationship building.
What we are looking for:
- 3-4 PQE in commercial real estate (5-6 PQE considered).
- Strong track record in asset management and complex lease or transactional work.
- Commercial awareness, excellent client skills, and the ability to take the lead on transactions.
- Motivated, proactive, and ready to contribute to a thriving team.
