The Senior Events Executive is responsible for providing support across internal and external group events, ranging from VIP functions, awards dinners, seminars, exhibitions, and parties. They will proactively assist with all areas of administration, processing accounts, and invoices, liaising with clients and assisting with event delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, delivery, and attendance of events
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure events are on-brand and meet business needs
- Assist in identifying event opportunities across the business
- Manage event enquiries, communications, and participant coordination
- Support pre-event preparation and on-the-day delivery
- Maintain budgets, logs, spreadsheets, and contact data
- Assist with bookings, copywriting, proofreading, and print management
- Stay informed on event best practices and tools
- Adhere to company processes, including FCA compliance where applicable
- Undertake ad hoc tasks as required

Workplace and working hours:
Location: Kent. Must be prepared to travel to attend events, or the office locations in the UK, as necessary. Flexible working from home and the office (Minimum 1 day a week in the Tunbridge Wells office). Due to the nature of this role, there will be some instances when additional hours, overnight stays, and/or weekend work will be required.
