My client is engaged in a major core banking implementation for a London-based bank and is seeking an experienced Testing Manager (QA Manager) to lead both security and performance testing activities across the programme. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the security and performance testing workstreams, ensuring quality, consistency, and delivery excellence. This is a client‑facing role that requires regular coordination with remote and offshore testing teams, providing clear guidance, oversight, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
