We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to provide administrative and operational support to our Talent Acquisition team. This role plays a key part in keeping activity running smoothly, from interview scheduling through to reporting and compliance. If you enjoy juggling priorities, keeping systems tidy, and being the calm presence behind a busy recruitment function, this role will suit you well.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and manage calendars
  • Coordinate candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
  • Support the coordination and posting of job advertisements
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment dashboards
  • Assist with recruitment campaigns, events and wider team projects
  • Prepare regular reports on hiring activity, metrics and candidate pipelines

Key Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative role within Talent Acquisition, Human Resources or an employment agency
  • Strong organisational, administration and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
