The Role
You will play a key role in supporting fee earners with the efficient running of estate administration matters, while providing a high level of client care and administrative support. Key Responsibilities
- Supporting fee earners with the day-to-day management of a busy caseload
- Handling new client enquiries and organising initial client meetings
- Liaising with clients, solicitors and third parties, providing regular progress updates
- Drafting legal documentation and routine correspondence
- Ensuring compliance processes are followed and assisting with file opening and closing procedures
- Maintaining and updating the case management system
- Providing general administrative and secretarial support to the department

- Extensive legal secretarial experience, ideally within Estate Administration, Private Client, Probate or Trust Administration
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
