The caseload is varied and includes complex, high-value claims, and you'll have experienced colleagues on hand to support your development. What you'll be doing Running your own caseload of medical negligence claims from start to finish Supporting senior lawyers on the more complex and higher-value matters Advising clients clearly and proactively, with a high standard of care throughout Building strong client relationships based on trust and empathy Meeting fee targets and keeping on top of time recording, billing and file profitability Using the firm's case management systems and processes to work efficiently Taking part in business development and helping raise the team's profile What you'll need Qualified as a Solicitor in England
