We are working with a highly regarded and well-established law firm in Maidstone, seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy and growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Residential Conveyancer looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive, professional environment.
This role would suit a qualified Residential Conveyancer (Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor) with approximately 2-4 years PQE in residential property matters. However, we are also keen to hear from experienced non-qualified conveyancers who can demonstrate a strong background managing their own caseload independently.

The Role
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Re-mortgages.
- Transfers of equity.
- New build transactions (desirable but not essential).
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors.
- Delivering high levels of client care throughout the process.

About You
The ideal candidate for this Residential Conveyancer position will:
- Be a qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor (2-4 PQE preferred).

- Be confident working independently and managing deadlines.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and client service skills.
- Be organised, proactive and commercially aware.
We will also consider experienced non-qualified staff who can demonstrate the ability to operate effectively as a Residential Conveyancer within a busy team.
