Do you thrive in a world of heritage craftsmanship, quiet luxury, and discerning clientele? A prestigious jeweller is seeking a refined, knowledgeable and personable Luxury Watch Sales Consultant to join its showroom team in Kent.
This is not a transactional sales role it\’s about building trust, understanding each clients preferences, and matching them with timepieces that will last generations. You\’ll be a key part of a boutique environment where every detail matters, and long-term relationships are at the heart of everything.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell an exclusive selection of luxury watches including Rolex, Cartier, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Omega and more
- Maintain an impeccable showroom environment and contribute to a consistent, elegant client experience
- Manage client interactions with discretion, warmth and attention to detail
- Proactively maintain contact with VIP clients, understanding anniversaries, preferences, and future needs
- Handle the intake of watch repairs, advising clients on timelines and service details
- Work collaboratively with the admin and workshop teams to deliver a seamless experience from sale to aftercare
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience selling fine watches in a luxury retail or boutique environment
- Passionate about horology and up to date on watch brands, models, and industry trends
- Warm, composed, and well-presented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated, yet a strong team player
- Experience in jewellery sales or clienteling is a bonus
