The Role
- Manage a varied caseload of contentious trust, will and estate disputes
- Advise trustees, executors, private banks, charities and individuals
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediation and court proceedings
- Lead and develop the contentious trusts and probate practice
- Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships
- Support business development and networking activities
- Work closely with colleagues across the Litigation and Private Client teams
About You
We are keen to speak with senior lawyers who have:
- Extensive experience within contentious trusts and probate
- Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- A proactive approach to business development
- The ability to work collaboratively while leading and developing a specialist practice area
