Our client, a multi-office firm with a strong presence across West Kent and East Sussex, is expanding its dispute resolution team and looking for a driven junior solicitor to join them. This Dispute Resolution Solicitor role offers real variety, spanning property-related disputes (boundary, neighbour, party wall, easements and rights of way), landlord and tenant matters (mainly acting for landlords, occasionally tenants, covering possession proceedings, disrepair, rent reviews and lease renewals), inheritance disputes (including will validity and Inheritance Act claims) and general contractual disputes.
