Dispute Resolution Solicitor (NQ - 2 years' PQE) Are you a Dispute Resolution Solicitor looking to broaden your caseload within a firm that genuinely invests in its people? Our client, a multi-office firm with a strong presence across West Kent and East Sussex, is expanding its dispute resolution team and looking for a driven junior solicitor to join them. About the Role This Dispute Resolution Solicitor role offers real variety, spanning property-related disputes (boundary, neighbour, party wall, easements and rights of way), landlord and tenant matters (mainly acting for landlords, occasionally tenants, covering possession proceedings, disrepair, rent reviews and lease renewals), inheritance disputes (including will validity and Inheritance Act claims) and general contractual disputes. You won't need experience across all of these areas from day one, though prior exposure to property or landlord and tenant disputes would be an advantage.
