Internal Talent Recruitment Consultant – Insurance Location: Ideally Glasgow based, for the right experience this role can be considered remote with occasional travel to regional UK offices. Salary: Dependant on level of experience Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm About the Role My growing insurance group client is seeking a proactive and personable Internal Talent Recruitment Consultant to join their People Team. This is a newly created standalone role where you’ll take ownership of the insurance broking/ distribution recruitment across the business. You’ll be responsible for managing relationships with external recruitment agencies, proactively headhunting for key roles, and supporting hiring managers through the resourcing process. On occasion, you may also support the wider People Team on projects and initiatives when recruitment activity is lighter. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has worked in insurance recruitment and is looking to bring their expertise to a dynamic and growing organisation.
