A prestigious high-end jeweller is seeking a meticulous, poised and professional Housekeeper / Standards & Presentation Manager to uphold and elevate the aesthetic, hospitality, and presentation standards across its refined retail and workshop spaces.
This is not your average housekeeping role its an opportunity to become the guardian of the client experience, ensuring every element from glass polish to background music reflects the highest level of care and consistency.
What Youll Be Responsible For:
Showroom Presentation & Consistency
- Ensure the showroom is immaculate and styled identically each day from glassware to gift boxes, lighting to layout
- Oversee and adjust scent, music, and seasonal floral arrangements to create an inviting atmosphere
- Conduct regular checks to maintain visual harmony and order across client-facing and internal spaces
Hospitality & Client Experience
- Prepare and serve drinks with elegance and precision (yes, theres a correct way to hand over a coffee)
- Ensure gift wrapping is always beautifully and uniformly executed
- Maintain consultation rooms to an exceptional standard before and after every appointment
Training & Oversight
- Train and guide the team to follow strict presentation and hospitality standards
- Lead by example with a calm authority, attention to detail, and quiet pride in a job done perfectly
- Develop guides and reference materials to support the teams delivery of best-in-class standards
Who You Are:
- Impeccably presented, discreet, and highly professional
- Naturally detail-oriented you notice everything and take pride in the little things
- Calm, confident, and respectful, even under pressure
- Background in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, private households or butlering is highly desirable
