Do you have Pet Claims Assessing or Veterinary Nurse experience and looking for a new challenge? We are looking for Pet Claims Assessors to join our Assessing team on a remote basis (must be UK based).

Hours: Full Time Only - Monday to Friday 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm (alternative shifts). Training Fully Remote working Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.

Available Start Dates:

  • Tuesday 5th May 2026 (following the Bank Holiday weekend)
  • Monday 8th June 2026
  • Monday 6th July 2026

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process pet insurance claims efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
  • Work closely with veterinary practices and customers to gather necessary information for claims assessment.
  • Ensure claims are settled swiftly, within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and identify any potential fraudulent claims for referral.
  • Offer exceptional customer service by providing clear, prompt communication and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, products, and systems to help explain cover details to customers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Must be a Qualified Veterinary Nurse or experienced Pet Claims Assessor with relevant industry experience.
  • Skills: Excellent phone and communication skills, high attention to detail, strong IT and data entry skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attitude: A flexible, proactive approach to work and a willingness to embrace new tasks and challenges.
