We are working with a highly regarded and well-established law firm in Maidstone, seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy and growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Residential Conveyancer looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive, professional environment.
This role would suit a qualified Residential Conveyancer (Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor) with approximately 2‑4 years' PQE in residential property matters. We are also keen to hear from experienced non‑qualified conveyancers who can demonstrate a strong background managing their own caseload independently. The Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. Matters are likely to include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re‑mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions (desirable but not essential)
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Delivering high levels of client care throughout the process

About You
