This is an excellent entry-level position for a Trainee Litigation Paralegal seeking exposure to complex, high-value litigation work within a modern and fast-paced legal environment. The Trainee Litigation Paralegal will gain hands-on experience across a broad range of contentious matters, including commercial litigation, property disputes, construction disputes, employment matters, and debt recovery. This role is designed to provide structured development, with the Trainee Litigation Paralegal progressively taking on greater responsibility and developing their own caseload under supervision.
Role responsibilities – Trainee Litigation Paralegal
- Support senior solicitors and partners with day-to-day casework and client matters, including:
- Opening and closing files
- Conducting AML and client due diligence checks
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents
- Preparing court bundles and supporting case progression
- Assisting with client meetings and handling enquiries
- Conducting legal research across a range of disputes
As the Trainee Litigation Paralegal develops, there will be increasing exposure to case management and client-facing responsibilities.
