Role overview – Commercial Property Solicitor
The Commercial Property Solicitor will advise both landlords and tenants across a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
- Commercial property sales and purchases
- Lease renewals
- Grants of new leases, acting for either landlord or tenant
- Serving and advising on formal notices
- Landlord and Tenant Act matters, including associated advice, sales and purchases
- Lease extensions
The Commercial Property Solicitor will manage a varied caseload independently, ensuring high standards of client service and efficient handling of transactions from instruction through to completion.
