We are working with a highly regarded and well-established law firm in Maidstone, seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy and growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Residential Conveyancer looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive, professional environment.
This role would suit a qualified Residential Conveyancer (Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor) with approximately 2–4 years’ PQE in residential property matters. However, we are also keen to hear from experienced non-qualified conveyancers who can demonstrate a strong background managing their own caseload independently.

The Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. Matters are likely to include:

- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Delivering high levels of client care throughout the process
