The role The firm is looking for a Solicitor to join its Property Litigation team. You'll handle a broad range of property disputes for commercial and residential clients, with a collaborative, supportive team behind you as you develop your career. You will: Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters Advise on landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, rights of way, covenant disputes and related matters Build strong client relationships and give practical, commercial advice Work closely with colleagues across the firm to get the best outcomes for clients Support business development and networking About you Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales, or holder of an equivalent legal qualification, with 2+ years' PQE Experience in dispute resolution and litigation, ideally including property disputes Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills Well organised, with excellent attention to detail Commercially aware, with a proactive approach to problem-solving A team player who enjoys building relationships and adding to a positive culture What's on offer High-quality, varied property litigation work A supportive team with experienced mentors Real opportunities for professional growth and career development Hybrid working, with flexibility to suit client and business needs A firm committed to outstanding client service and to making a positive difference in its communities The firm welcomes applications from people of every background.
