Contract: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)

The role
The firm is looking for a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join its commercial property team in Chelmsford and work on high-quality, complex property matters. It's a real chance to take the next step in your career with a respected firm that's growing.
You will:
- Advise clients on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and developments
- Run your own caseload with minimal supervision, handling large and complex transactions for a varied client base
- Give strategic advice to clients in retail, hospitality, real estate development and the corporate sector
- Draft and negotiate key documents, including contracts, leases and development agreements
- Build lasting client relationships and give commercial, solution-focused advice
About you
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 7+ years' PQE in property law
- Proven record of running complex commercial property transactions on your own
- Commercially minded, strategic thinker who gives sound legal advice that fits clients' business goals
