To join a growing Data & Analytics team with a leading insurer. Permanent, hybrid working and office attendance when required - Surrey. Up to £60,000, plus bonus and benefits.

If you enjoy building clean, reliable data products, improving data pipelines, and helping businesses get more value from modern data platforms then this is a great next step for you. You will be working closely with data engineers, data scientists, analysts, developers, architects and product teams to support analytics, machine learning and wider data-driven projects.

Relevant experience includes:

  • Databricks or Snowflake, ideally within AWS
  • Python, PySpark and SQL
  • ETL pipelines and data transformation
  • End-to-end data modelling
  • DBT, SparkSQL, Airflow, Git, Jenkins or similar tools
  • Data quality, governance and performance optimisation
  • Working well with technical and non-technical teams

The senior role needs someone with experience of taking more ownership, helping to improve ways of working, raising standards, and supporting the delivery of scalable data products across the business.
