The Role: Senior Associate (Commercial & Tech Law)

They are seeking an ambitious Senior Associate to join the Commercial and Tech team, working directly with Senior Management. This is a career-defining opportunity, offering a clear pathway to partnership for the right candidate. The role is diverse and intellectually stimulating, requiring a hands-on approach and strong commercial acumen. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of matters, including:

  • Drafting and negotiating general commercial contracts and corporate transactions
